This system is complemented by the exclusive “Flip Lip” rolled rim profile, touted as the strongest in the racing industry, and precision-forged 6061-T6 Aluminum Centers that are 100% CNC machined for perfect balance. The wheels also boast a show-quality polish, with options for black anodized finishes, adding both aesthetic appeal and durability.

All mounting hardware is domestically sourced grade 8 steel fasteners. Bearings, races and seals are included in the price of each hub. Hubs are priced individually, price x2 for full hub set. All hubs come with our proprietary “cam drive” rotor mount system to accept standard 3-lug brake rotors for LF dirt applications (adapter sold separately).
Direct mount front wheel shell details: Vahlco 13” dia. direct mount front shells are made on even size width increments (7”, 8”, 9”, etc.) and use compatible bolt patterns and ID bores to other competitors’ wheels (15 x 9.75” bolt circle, 9.030” rim half ID bore). Vahlco offers front wheel shells in all common sizes from 7” to 10” wide with non-beadlock (NBL), non beadlock with dzus-on cover (NBL w/ Cover), outer beadlock (OBL) or outer beadlock with dzus-on cover (OBL w/ Cover). On all 13” sprint wheels, the backspace measurement is 1” less than the actual inner half measurement (ex. 5” inner = 4” backspace wheel). Vahlco 13” product is fully compatible/interchangeable with other wheel brands rim halves and centers.
Our front wheel shells are bolted together and silicone sealed for easy repair for just one half if damaged. We always look to make it easier for the customers to maintain their wheels and save them money in the long term.. The wheel halves have a show quality shine to them with an option to purchase wheels in black anodize. The anodize we use is a bright dip which makes the anodize finish strong and durable, plus it looks cool too!
Vahlco 13” bolt-on beadlock rings are billet, 100% CNC machined and come black anodized standard. Offering our Bead-Grip technology that properly secures the bead bundle of the tire whether you run a Hoosier or an American Racer tire. Vahlco beadlock bolt-on rings are not compatible/interchangeable with other wheel brands. Vahlco uses an aluminum CNC spun 3-button dzus-on mud cover that fully covers the beadlock bolts and wraps around the outside edge of the beadlock ring. Vahlco’s 13” 3-button covers are available in black, chrome and we offer carbon fiber covers. If you need the covers bolted to the wheel we can accommodate for that. Cover will need to be bolted if you race at Eldora and at The Chili Bowl.
Vahlco offers replacement rim halves in all common sizesfrom 2” to 9” wide with non-beadlock (NBL), outer beadlock (OBL) or outer beadlock with Dzus-on cover (OBL w/ CVR). Vahlco also offers special “bell inner” halves in 4”, 5”, and 6” widths to clear front brake applications. On all 13” Midget wheels, the backspace measurement is 1” less than the actual inner half measurement (ex. 5” inner = 4” backspace wheel). All individual parts for rim halves, centers, beadlock rings or mud covers can be purchased separately in kit form such as bolt kits, inserts, dzus buttons, bearing kits, dust caps for front hubs. If it was supplied on a wheel, we can supply replacement parts in some form.
