Vahlco’s 15″ Wide Five Wheels are a testament to advanced wheel technology and engineering, designed for the most demanding racing conditions. These wheels are a perfect blend of strength and lightness, combining the best features of both heavy-duty and lightweight Wide 5 wheels, tailored to suit the requirements of east coast modifieds and dirt late models.
Manufactured from CNC spun 6061 Aluminum, these wheels undergo heat treatment to ensure peak performance and balance. This makes them not only exceptionally durable but also capable of providing the structural support needed in high-speed racing scenarios, all while maintaining a lightweight advantage. The innovative “Flip Lip” Technology, exclusive to Vahlco, marks these wheels as the strongest in the racing industry. The CNC spun rim halves of these wheels boast extremely low runout, ensuring consistent performance.
Additionally, the 15” Wide Five Wheels include an aluminum CNC spun 6-button dzus-on mud cover that offers full coverage of the beadlock bolts and wraps around the outside edge of the beadlock ring. These covers, available in black, chrome, and carbon fiber finishes, not only add to the aesthetic appeal but also enhance the functionality and durability of the wheels. With all grade 8 fasteners sourced domestically for superior quality control and a 100% CNC Billet inner Beadlock System that allows proper tire mounting and dismounting while clearing standard calipers, Vahlco’s 15″ Wide Five Wheels are truly designed for racers who demand the best in terms of performance, durability, and versatility.
We offer an inner beadlock (IBL) option on 15” x 14” x 5” backspace only. On all Elite 15” Wide 5 wheels, the backspace measurement is the same as the actual inner half measurement (ex. 5” inner = 5” backspace wheel). For 2022 Vahlco introduced a new billet, 100% CNC machined weld-on beadlock ring with more brake clearance then previous wheels. You will have enough clearance for your superlite wilwood calipers. Vahlco 15” bolt-on beadlock rings are billet, 100% CNC machined with Bead-Grip technology and come black anodized standard. Vahlco beadlock bolt-on rings are not compatible/interchangeable with other wheel brands.
Vahlco uses an aluminum CNC spun 6-button dzus-on mud cover that fully covers the beadlock bolts and wraps around the outside edge of the beadlock ring. Vahlco’s 15” 6-button cover is WoO legal and is standard on all 15” wheels. Vahlco does not currently offer Wide 5 replacement halves. If you choose to run our performance series wheel they will come with a 3-tab beadlock system which allows you to bolt the cover on. Please request when ordering if you need your Elite wheel covers bolted.
If you run our Performance series this wheel offers a forged ring that is used to center the tire instead of the wheel. These wheels do not have Bead-grip technology on the Beadlock rings.
All individual parts for beadlock rings or mud covers can be purchased separately in kit form such as bolt kits, inserts, Dzus buttons, etc. If it was supplied on a wheel, we can supply replacement parts in some form. Vahlco does offer replacement beadlock rings and dzus-on covers for the older style “Gen 1” stamped beadlock rings, call for more info and pricing.
