10″ Micro Sprint Aluminum Racing Wheels

from Vahlco are designed for high-speed racing with a focus on durability and reliability. Crafted for racers by racers, these wheels boast a robust construction, ensuring they remain dependable in the most challenging racing conditions. The wheels are equipped with a billet beadlock system, preventing loss of contact between the wheel and tire, even during intense racing scenarios. Additionally, Vahlco offers 3 and 4 pin front hubs that are compatible with leading brake brands, further enhancing their adaptability and performance in racing environments​

What products are offered We offer direct mount front wheel shells (sometimes called front shells, front rims, or “860” shells) without center hubs, direct mount front hubs, and rear spline wheels. We currently offer 4-pin (4 x 4.00” BC) centers for older micros or golf cart applications. We don’t currently offer any sizes that will fit on sport ATV applications (8”, 9” or 10” dia.) Direct mount front wheel shell details: Vahlco 10” dia. direct mount front shells are made on even size width increments (6”, 7”, 8”, etc.) and use compatible bolt patterns and ID bores to other competitors’ wheels (12 x 6.75” bolt circle, 6.250” rim half ID bore). Vahlco offers front wheel shells in all common sizes from 6” to 8” wide with non-beadlock (NBL), non beadlock with dzus-on cover (NBL w/ Cover), outer beadlock (OBL) or outer beadlock with dzus-on cover (OBL w/ Cover). On all 10” wheels the actual inner half measurement is the stated wheel backspace (ex. 4” inner = 4” backspace wheel).

Vahlco 10” product is fully compatible interchangeable with other wheel brands rim halves and centers. Our front wheel shells are bolted together and silicone sealed for easy repair of just one half if damaged. In 2016, Vahlco introduced a new billet, 100% CNC machined weld-on beadlock ring with a tire locating step to improve tire mounting accuracy. Since then we have added our Bead- Grip technology to ensure proper gripping of the bead bundle with no slip. Vahlco 10” bolt-on beadlock rings are billet, 100% CNC machined and come black anodized standard. Vahlco beadlock bolt-on rings are not compatible/interchangeable with other wheel brands.

Vahlco uses an aluminum CNC spun 3-button dzus-on mud cover that fully covers the beadlock bolts and wraps around the outside edge of the beadlock ring. Rear spline wheel details: Vahlco 10” dia. spline rear wheels are made on even size width increments (8”, 9”, 10”, etc.) and use compatible bolt patterns and ID bores to other competitors’ wheels (12 x 6.75” BC, 6.250” rim half ID bore). Vahlco offers the most common 27 spline (sometimes called 1 ¾” spline) for all applications and can supply 31 spline (sometimes called 2” spline) for special orders.

Vahlco offers rear spline wheels in all common sizes from 8” to 14” wide with non-beadlock (NBL), outer beadlock (OBL) or outer beadlock with dzus-on cover (OBL w/ Cover). Our rear spline wheels are bolted together and silicone sealed for easy repair of just one half if damaged. All individual parts for rim halves, centers, beadlock rings or mud covers can be purchased separately in kit form such as bolt kits, inserts, dzus buttons, bearing kits, dust caps for front hubs. If it was supplied on a wheel, we can supply replacement parts in some form.
